Denmead Fun Event
Sunday 17th September
EVENT (ODE) & DRESSAGE CLASSES
ODE consists of Dressage, show jumping + "Cross Country". The X-C’try course is a mix of working hunter & fixed X-c’try fences. Longer than an average working hunter course, shorter than a X- c’try course. (Average 20 fences)
Scores are marked on what you achieve rather than penalties - if you do not like a fence leave it out and carry on! After 3 attempts at any one fence you MUST move on. The course will be timed but will only count if there is a tie.
Course Walks. There will be escorted course walks during the morning. Your horse may accompany you on these. Please check time of walks
Dressage times. Please telephone 023 9226 1977 on the Friday evening before the show between 8 & 10 pm. All Dressage Tests may be called. To find tests (apart from Prelim 12) look at our website or send an sae.
