The top 3 in each class will qualify for the Miniature Horse of the Year Show on 3/4 October at Arena UK Grantham.

    Open to all local riders living or stabled within 15 miles of the showground. If it is your stabling that qualifies rather than your home address please include it on your entry.

    • This class will look at you first in hand & then ridden. You may have a ‘groom' to bring your saddle, etc.
    • During this phase the judge may ask you questions about your routine etc.
    • During your Individual Ridden Show you should include up to 3 jumps from the hunter fences in the arena - your choice from the assortment of sizes available.

    The winner will qualify for the Supreme Championship at the end of the day.

RING 5 - commencing 9.00 sharp

  1. RESTRICTED NOVICE 2'. Rider never to have won money for jumping or placed in the first 3 at 2'3" or over. Sponsored by Three Oaks Fishery.
  2. THE 2'3" OPTIMUM TIME CHALLENGE. A one round competition the winner to be the clear round closest to the optimum time (based on 300 metres per minute). Sponsored by Meadowlea Saddle Fitting
  3. THE OPEN 2'6"JUMPING. Jump off against the clock. Sponsored by The Nosebag

  5. THE BENDALL ACCUMULATOR - with Joker. Jumps starting at 2'3". One round against the clock, competitors must jump each jump in order gaining one point for the first jump, 2 for the second and so forth.   8. Hi SCORE WITH JOKER. A variety of Jumps at varying heights from 2'3" to 3'9"each carrying a different score. Each Rider will be given 2 minutes to see how high a score he can generate in the time choosing his own track. Jumps may not be jumped more than 3 times each and must be jumped in the correct direction. The Joker is worth 200 points plus or minus and may only be jumped twice.
