DENMEAD EXPRESS EVENT & FUN SHOW
SUNDAY 4 SEPTEMBER 2011
* = lead rein permissible
EXPRESS EVENT (ODE) & DRESSAGE CLASSES
As in any ODE Express Eventing
consists of Dressage, show jumping + a short "Cross Country". 16 fences. The
difference lies in the fact that the phases are continuous with no break between
them.
Scores are marked
on what you achieve rather than penalties - if you do not like a fence leave it
out and carry on! After 3 attempts at any one fence you MUST move on.
Time allowed is
generous so there is no need to hurry but marks will be taken off for excessive
time taken. The 2 jumping phases are against the clock but time taken will only
count if the scores are equal.
Course Walks.
There will be escorted course walks prior to your sections.
Prize giving will
take place as soon as possible after completion of each section. If you are
not staying please make arrangements to collect rosettes later.
Dressage times. Please tel:
023 9226 1977 or 023 9225 4434 on Friday evening before the show 8 to 10 pm.
All Dressage Tests may be
called. To find tests look at our website or send an sae.
